Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 11 April 2021

“Today we are requesting for all communications between the Ministry of Health, or any 
other relevant agency, and the most recently announced community case of COVID-19 — 
a 24 year old border worker who works as a security officer at the Grand Mil ennium. 
 
Specifically, the communications between both parties regarding public locations visited 
while the case was potentially infectious with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.” 
 
The Ministry of Health does not hold any information relating to your request; however, I have 
been advised that this information is more closely connected with the functions of Auckland 
District Health Board (ADHB). For this reason, I have decided to transfer your request to ADHB 
under section 14 of the Act. You can expect a response from ADHB in due course.
