for the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:
Please provide a summary by month of the number of State, Affordable/Kiwibuild and
Market houses completed and planned for the "Roskill Development"

The Kāinga Ora Roskill Development comprises of over a dozen neighbourhoods delivering
approximately 11,000 new state, market and KiwiBuild/affordable homes over the next
15 to 20 years. These neighbourhoods are at different stages of planning and delivery.
There are two neighbourhoods in the Roskill Development in the delivery phase at present,
with approved business cases and funding. These are Ōwairaka and Roskill South. Please
find included with this response a table breaking down the houses delivered in these two
neighbourhoods from 1 June 2019 to 28 February 2021.
