Thank you for your email of 17 February 2021 requesting a copy of the Ministry for Primary 
Industries’ organisation chart. Your request has been considered under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
You requested the following:  
 
I would like to request a copy of your current organisation chart covering the top 
three tiers (tiers one to three).  If at all possible, I would like the names of the 
managers as well as their titles – if that is not able to be provided I would like to 
understand why. 
 
I have attached MPI’s organisation chart of its Senior Managers that responds to your 
request. 
 
I trust the information provided is of assistance. Should you have any concerns with this 
response, I would encourage you to raise these with the Ministry for Primary Industries at 
[email address].  Alternatively, you have the right under section 28(3) of 
the OIA to seek an investigation and review with the Office of the Ombudsman of my
