Chief Executive or Executive Leadership Team regarding the development and 
implementation of Hōkai Rangi. Your request has been considered under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
You have requested: 
 
Please provide copies of all material received by the Chief Executive or 
Executive Leadership Team regarding the development and implementation 
of Hokai Rangi. 
 
Hōkai Rangi was co-designed in the first half of 2019. Over the last 18 months since 
the strategy was launched, thousands of pieces of correspondence have formed 
advice and updates to the Executive Leadership Team regarding the development 
and implementation of Hōkai Rangi, across numerous teams organisation wide. 
Furthermore, Corrections has restructured teams and groups to align with Hōkai 
Rangi and to govern the delivery of its outcomes as part of implementation. 
 
As it currently stands, your request is declined under section 18(f) of the OIA as it 
would require substantial collation and research. We would like to invite you to refine 
your request. If you wish to take up this offer, please email your contact details to
