Thank you for your Official Information Act (Act) request received by the Department of 
Internal Affairs (Department) on 8 January 2021.  
You requested— 
May I request you to supply how much money that each members has been 
reimbursed for the last 3 years, 2018-2020. 
Also, I noted, The Board meets in person three times a year. May I ask how much 
department has been paid for their air travel? 
Besides travel cost, what sort of actual costs they have been reimbursed? Have 
they received any other benefit? 
In response to your request please refer to Appendix A, attached. 
Appendix A provides you with a breakdown of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Board 
Member’s expenses, for the 2018-2020 calendar years.
