Please could you send me the information that you have relating to the reasons and justification for 
excluding commercially sponsored clinical trials from ACC cover.   
In particular, the decision that resulted in the removal of cover for all trials from the ACC act. 
 
This request is being transferred in full to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment for 
response because ACC understands this information is held by them or the information is more closely 
connected with their functions. This decision was made under section 14 of the Act.
