Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide the overall emissions modelling, results, and summary of results for ATAP 2021 
update. 
 
The information you have requested is more closely connected with the functions of the Ministry of 
Transport than with Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. Therefore, I am transferring your request to 
the Ministry of Transport under section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982. 
 
The time limit for their response to you is 20 working days from 10 December 2020. As per the 
Ombudsman’s calendar, the Summer holidays (25 December to 15 January) and the Day after New 
Year's Day (2 January 2021) are taken into account in calculating this, so you can expect a response 
from them on or before 29 January 2021.
