SPCA inspectors. Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982

Thank you for the concerns you raise regarding the SPCA’s status as an Approved Organisation, 
and by association the status of the warrants for their Inspectors. Regarding the specific case you 
refer to, the admissibility of evidence is a matter for the court and is case specific.
