Thank you for your email of 11 November 2020 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
(the Ministry), requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
On 9/11/2020 Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said officials are set to visit the Cook Islands on 
November 14 for face-to-face talks, with the goal of confirming a safe travel bubble. 
 
When were their MIQ Pre-Booked Isolation Voucher/s booked, How many where booked, And 
their date. 
 
In response to your request, I can confirm that there were five officials, whose vouchers were booked 
on 11 November 2020. The officials returned to New Zealand on 21 November.
