I refer to your official information request dated 30 October 2020 requesting information 
regarding Remediation NZ’s application. 
 
There is no correspondence between the Taranaki Regional Council, New Plymouth District 
Council, health authorities, and Remediation NZ regarding the effects on the Haehanga 
Stream. There is a health impact study that focuses on aerial emissions from the 
Remediation site, undertaken by the Taranaki District Health Board. A copy is attached. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
