Thank you for your email dated 30 September 2020 requesting:  
 
‘How much water in total and as a percentage of total water use, do commercial users consume 
and what reports were provided to Auckland Council to assist them with their decision-making 
processes?  Please provide those reports.’ 
 
 
Our response 
 
Commercial users consume 31 per cent of the total water used, with domestic users consuming 69 per 
cent.
