Thank you for your correspondence dated 16 October 2020 requesting information about Parking 
Infringement Notices around Howick College (Sandspit Road, Trelawn Place, Reydon Place, Paparoa 
Road, Bledisloe Street, Rochester Crescent, and Alicia Road) for the period 1 January 2019 to 30 
September 2020) to include 
1. 
The number of infringements successfully disputed 
Seven infringements have been successfully waived. 
2. 
The number of times a member of the public contacted AT or Auckland Council to request 
Infringement Notices be issued, report a car parking over the time limit, or any other reason 
that may have resulted in an AT Parking Warden / Enforcement Officer being sent to these 
areas in 2019 and 2020 
Auckland Transport uses a customer database called CRM to capture customer requests, such
