I refer to your request for information regarding the cost of the new roundabout located at Victoria and 
Church Street, Onehunga. 
I understand you have requested a full breakdown of costs however this information is withheld as it is 
commercially sensitive at this stage. Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 
1987 AT can withhold information as its release would be likely prejudice the commercial position of our 
contractor (s). This is in accordance with section 7(2)(b)ii of the Act. 
We have provided a high-level cost breakdown below:
