Re: costs of service level review
I refer to your email, which we received on 25 August 2020, requesting the costs Auckland
Council has incurred on the Service Level Review Project to date, broken down by
categories of staff, materials and services(contracts).
As we have already noted in a previous response, there are approximately a dozen projects
that fall out of the Governance Framework Review. The service level work is one of these
projects.
The council staff working on the project are permanent and fixed term employees who may
be working on a number of different projects at the same time as their own departmental
work. . Additional resources are contracted in when required. At this point in time minimal
resource has been contracted in on the service level project, at a cost of $2,295 plus GST to
assist with preparation of a stakeholder engagement plan and to peer review a report.
Accordingly, we do not hold the information you have requested.
You request is therefore refused under LGOIMA section 17(e)
the information requested
does not exist.
The decision to release this information to you was made by Justine Haves, General
Manager Service Strategy and Integration.
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you
have the right by way of complaint, under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA, to apply to the
Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review of the decision.
