Re: Agrichemical usage data
Thank you for your email, which we received on 6, May 2021, requesting
raw agrichemical
usage data from Auckland Transport from 2015-2017 and total agrichemical usage by
product for 2017-2020.
Please find attached:
• Agrichemical data from Auckland Transport 2015-2017.
• Agrichemical data from Auckland Council 2017-2020.
Please note:
• Amounts shown are in Liters (L)
• Auckland Transport and Auckland Council record agrichemical data dif erently,
therefore the amounts of substance used cannot be compared.
• The Auckland Transport data is the sum of all glyphosate products used, not the total
active ingredient. The total active ingredient wil be only a small proportion of the
total.
• There is some cross over of data in 2017, due to the transfer of management of
street gardens from Auckland Transport to Auckland Council.
Decisions about this response to your request were made by Jennifer Rose, Head of
Business performance, Community facilities.
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you
