Thank you for your official information request, which was received by the Capital & Coast District 
Health Board (CCDHB) on 24 July 2020.  You requested the following information: 
 
1.  How many people you employ in the organisation? 
2.  How many people you employ who are New Zealand citizens or residents? 
3.  How long has the business been operating? 
4.  Have you made anyone redundant in the last 6 months? If yes, please provide details. 
5.  Have you been in consultation with staff with a view to redundancies in the last 6 months?

There are 6,323 people employed in the organisation. 
 
2. 
How many people you employ who are New Zealand citizens or residents? 
 
There are 6,012 people employed who are New Zealand citizens or residents. 
 
3. 
How long has the business been operating? 
 
The business been operating since 1847. 
 
4. 
Have you made anyone redundant in the last 6 months? 
 
Yes, there has been one employee made redundant in the last 6 months. CCDHB declines to provide the 
details under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA to protect the privacy of a natural person.
