Thank you for your request of 11 July 2020, asking for the following information under the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act):
Please provide an extract of data from the system you currently use to track information requests
submitted under the Official Information Act 1982.
The extract should be in a machine readable form. This means either via a publicly accessible API or file
in csv or JSON format.
The extract should have the fol owing details in a single row for each request that was submitted:
- The title of the request.
- The date your organisation received the request
- The date of the final response from your organisation to that request, or the date you closed the
request
Notes about the data provided
The fol owing points should be considered when interpreting the data provided:
• ACC’s new OIA tracking tool was introduced in July 2019. As such, the data provided is for requests
received on or after 1 July 2019 and responses provided between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2020.
• Requests that were cancelled, withdrawn or transferred to another agency to respond to have been
excluded.
• Data was extracted on 14 July 2020 and may differ if re-run at a later date.
Withheld information
Company names
We have withheld the name of companies in two of the request titles under section 9(2)(b)(i ) of the Act, as
the release of their names would likely unreasonably prejudice their commercial position. In doing so, we
considered the public interest in making the names available and determined it did not outweigh the need to
withhold it.
Names of individuals
We have withheld the names of all individuals in the title of the requests to protect their privacy under section
9(2)(a) of the Act. In doing so, we considered the public interest in making their names available and
determined that it did not outweigh the need to protect their privacy.
In instances where we have withheld a name of an individual or company, we have placed square brackets in
the title, an example of this is in row 37 of the data.
