can you please supply all outstanding receipts from Kensington Swan, in relation to this hearing:

please provide all itemised monthly receipts, which were not supplied in last OIA request, even 
though you are required to do so.  
please include all invoices including the plaintiff’s costs which you were ordered to pay. 
 
This letter is to advise you that Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is extending the 20 working days 
available to respond to your request, as allowed for under section 15A of the Act. We require an 
additional 10 working days to respond to your request. We will send you a response on or before 21 July 
2020.  
 
The deadline is being extended because of the consultations necessary to make a decision on your 
request. A thorough response to your request cannot reasonably be made within the 20-working-day limit.  
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to complain to the Ombudsman about the extension. More 
information about the Ombudsman is available online at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
