following information under the Official information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide full details of all communications both written and oral received or sent 
in relation to the blockage of SH1 leading to Cape Reinga for the period from 1 February 
to date. 
 
The information you have requested is planned to be released publicly on the Waka Kotahi 
website on or before 10 July 2020. Accordingly, your request has been refused under section 
18(d) of the Act. We will notify you as soon as that information has been published. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and
