David has asked me to follow up where we are at with direct debiting for auto topups.

 

Claire has then advised me that this has been put on hold until security issues are resolved.

 

Can you tell me what I need to have fixed, has anything been mentioned to the relevant people and if there is something else that is required.

 

I would like to get the e-mails rolling this week to getting this up and running.

Where are we at with auto topups of Metrocards?

 

I have just got back in to the swing of a few things at work and found this e-mail. (I have been away since February)

 

It appears we have approval for the financial sides of things with ASB but they have provided you with access numbers (Merchant  + 3ds details for the merchant)

 

Is there more information required by you.

 

What stage do you believe we are up to?  i.e. testing with live cards?

 

I will confirm your answers with Claire to see how she feels we are positioned.
