That was the thing that needed resolving, which if those certificates you had actually purchased.

Do you know which type of certificate you bought?

Alternately we can purchase and install a certificate for you to make sure we have the full stack of certificates.

From the link below… (I have taken the liberty of typing it out for you) you need to download and install the  SSL Web Server one, not 100% sure which of the two you need, I would guess that the or Wildcard is the one to go for

We do already have a Thawte intermediate certificate installed so we presume that the particular type of SSL certificate you purchased requires a different intermediate certificate.

 

If you can supply the correct intermediate certificate for your type of certificate we can load that.
