REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: WHOLE THYROID EXTRACT 
 
Thank you for your email of 18 February 2020, asking for:  
Supporting papers/supplementary papers and other documentation, written and held 
by the PTAC endocrine subcommittee and PTAC committee members, which support 
PTAC’s record of the PTAC meeting held on 1&2 November. 
 
PHARMAC is processing your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).  We are 
currently undertaking consultations in order to decide on your information request.  In order to 
facilitate  this,  I  am  extending  the  time  limit  for  responding  to  your  correspondence  by  
15 working days, in accordance with section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA.
