Re: Transfer of request for information
Thank you for your email of 8 March 2020 requesting the referral pathways of each
and every DHB and how those pathways are consistent with legislation. I am
transferring your request to the Ministry of Health. I note that you originally sent the
request to the Ministry and that the Ministry transferred the request to HDC. The
Ministry’s transfer letter advised that we had acknowledged HDC was best placed to
respond to your request but that was not the case as we had not provided a response
to the Ministry.
HDC does not hold the information requested, but I believe that the information is
held by or available to the Ministry of Health.
Accordingly, I have decided to transfer the request back to the Ministry of Health for
its consideration pursuant to section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982.
We apologise for the inconvenience this delay has caused.
