Thank you for your email of 11 December 2019 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please  provide  technical/engineering  material  related  to  the  management  of  stormwater  as 
designed  for:  (1)  The  new  SH2/SH58  Haywards  interchange,  and  (2)  The  current  SH58 
safety improvement works. 
 
Specifically,  I  am  interested  in  the  placement  and  sizing  of  drains,  pipes  and  where  they 
discharge, and/or where they may connect into local stormwater infrastructure. 
 
The documents that fall within the scope of your request are set out in the document schedule on the 
following page and are attached to this response as  Appendices A to J. Please note that there may 
be  some  refinement  to  the  attached  SH58  safety  improvements  plans  due  to  unforeseen  site 
conditions.   
 
Certain information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy of 
natural  persons.  With  respect  to  the  information  that  has  been  withheld,  I  do  not  consider  there  are 
any  other  factors  which  would  render  it  desirable,  in  the  public  interest,  to  make  the  information
