Dear Tony
Thank you for your email of 15 October 2019 requesting the following information regarding
the 2014 Wellington Public Transport Spine Study (PTSS) under the Official Information Act
1982 (the Act):
I am interested in the Review of the 2014 PTSS undertaken by LGWM in 2017 outlined in
the 2019 LGWM Programme Business Case.
1) Can I please have a copy of any third party contract(s) for work to review the PTSS as
undertaken by LGWM in 2017 ?
2) Can I please have a copy of the Review of the PTSS undertaken by LGWM in 2017 ?
3) Can I please have a copy of the agenda, presentation information and/or meeting notes
for any and all LGWM Meetings that considered the Review of the PTSS undertaken by
LGWM in 2017 ?
4) Can I please have a copy of the agenda, presentation information and/or meeting notes
for any and all workshops that considered the Review of the PTSS undertaken by LGWM
in 2017 ?

Transit Independent Review 2017 is available onlin

The following three documents that are within scope of the remainder of your request are
attached to this response:
1. Brief: Mass Transit Corridors and Futureproofing for Light Rail
2. Ngauranga to Airport Consultant – 988PN Short form contract for professional
services.
3. Excerpts from Alliance Board and Governance Group agendas and meeting
minutes.
Some names and contact details are withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect the
privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons. Some information is
withheld under section 9(2)(b)(ii) of the Act to protect information where the making available
of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the
person who supplied or who is the subject of the information.
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other
factors which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information
available.
