I am interested in what organisations in New Zealand are doing to attract and retain talented people. 
 
I am interested in any employee focussed publications Auckland Council has describing current flexible working / remote working / Family friendly policies or guidance.
e.g. remote work spaces, advice to Managers on implementing a flexible approach for team members, family friendly guidance e.g. Breastfeeding policy, pet friendly policy.
 
Please let me know if I can provide additional information to narrow down what I'm asking for.
