Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): CAC Name Publication
I refer to your official information request dated 8 March 2024 for the fol owing.
"I noted your previous reply in 22 February 2024 "We can confirm that we have
determined at this time to publish the names of CAC panel members on our website.
We are currently working through the timeline for publication, but anticipate that it
will be within the next month. We will notify you as requested once this has been
completed. "
It is April now, may I ask why the timeline for publication has been changed.
May I kindly also request you supply all your internal communication, email, memo
etc in relation to this request to publish the current CAC member list after the 22
February 2024.”
We have considered your request under the OIA.
We note that we continue to receive a high volume of requests for information from you. The
volume and wide nature of your requests are placing a burden on our agency. We will be in
touch in due course regarding this.
Information being provided
We can confirm that the names of our CAC panel members  are available on our website
here. The list was published on 3 May 2024.
Prior to publication we went through a process to seek consent from CAC members to the
publication, prior to the work being fed into our website work programme. There was no
decision to change the timeline, noting that our initial response did not include a definitive
timeframe. As such there is no further information to disclose.
