I refer to the Sale and Development Agreement between Kāinga Ora and RDC dated 4 April 2023.  
   
Further to the recent Development Partner Mee ngs for this project, I am instructed to request an 
extension to the Resource Consent condi on (due 30 January 2024) un l 30 June 2024. This new date will 
allow more  me for Kāinga Ora to obtain all necessary consents for earthworks and subdivision.  
   
I also note that 30 June 2024 is the date for Kāinga Ora to sa sfy its internal approval/business case 
condi on, and we feel that aligning these two condi on dates would give both par es a single date to 
work towards in fulfilling these outstanding ma ers.  
   
Can you please confirm by return email that this extension request is agreed?  
 
I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
