I request a list of the winners of the NZ NCEA Scholarship Prime Minister's award from its 
conception to now (2024). I want this broken down by year won, gender, school and ethnicity. 
Your request has been considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
We have determined that the information requested is more closely connected with the functions of 
the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). As such, I have transferred your request to 
NZQA in accordance with section 14(b)(ii) of the Act. 
You may expect a response from NZQA directly concerning your request.
