Waiheke Local Board meetings and training

Dear Auckland City Council,
Waiheke Local Board meetings and training.
I understand that the next formal local board meeting is on the 7th
Dec.

Please would you provide me a list of the activities the board will
be involved in before that meeting? By activities I mean training
sessions provided to the board by the council, civil emergency
defense meetings, documents provided to the board for research and
so on.

Also whether each activity involves all members or specific ones.
Also who will provide the training and documents.

We have referred your enquiry to our Democracy Services department.
You can expect a response within*five working days.

This response was expected on the 15th Nov and it is now 1st Jan
2011. Why has no response been forthcoming?

Dear Auckland City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Official Information
Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Auckland City
Council's handling of my OIA request 'Waiheke Local Board meetings
and training'.

I received this response on Nov 10th.
"We have referred your enquiry to our Democracy Services
department. You
can expect a response within*five working days."

It is now 1st Jan 2011 and I have not received any response. Please
tell me what is going on.
