Recently your organisation submitted to the Law Commission's review
of the Official Information Act. I would like to request the
following information under the OIA:

* a copy of your submission
* all drafts, advice, and internal communications (including
emails) relating to that submission

this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the

Hello Alex,

 

I write regarding your request under the Official Information Act (OIA)
for the information submitted by the New Zealand Blood Service (NZBS) to
the Law Commission review on the OIA

 

With the information available to me at the time, I previously informed
you that NZBS had not made a submission to the Law Commission on this
issue. However further investigation has revealed that in fact NZBS did
make a submission. Please find a copy of this submission attached.
