on the website, however parts are withheld from the public (and
prisoners), mainly for security reasons.

These sections  are withheld under relevant sections of the Official
Information Act 1982:

6(c), maintenance of the law

6(d), endanger the safety of any person

9(c), avoid prejudice to measures protecting the health or safety of
members of the public
