MoD Organizational Information

Dear Ministry of Defence,

I would like to request under the Official Information Act some
information related to how the Ministry of Defence is structured. I
would like to request:

* A list of all departments/divisions that exist in the Ministry,
the number of staff working for each, and the job titles of each
staff member. If there are sub-departments or subdivisions can I
please have the lines of accountability for each (eg the Policy
Analyst in the Policy Division reports to the Policy Manager, who
reports to the Secretary of Defence)

Basically; I'm looking for an organizational flowchart of the
Ministry. To give some idea of what I'm looking for, here is a
flowchart for the Tararua District Council:

Dear Mr McKinnon,

Thank you very much for your response, but it doesn't answer my
request. The organizational chart, if you're referring to the one
on pg 18 of the 2012 Statement of Intent, doesn't contain the
detail that I asked for. In particular:

* it only gives 6 staff titles (the Director and the Deputy
Directors), not the titles of all of who work for the Ministry, and
it doesn't spell out how many staff work under each Director

I do thank you very much for trying to help me, and I believe it
may have answered part of my request (the lines of
reporting/accountability) but it doesn't answer all of my request,
namely, trying to figure out what each staff member does.
